1 black tea bag
1/2 cup (125ml) boiling water
1 teaspoon each ground cinnamon, cardamom, clove and ginger
2 hard ginger biscuits
1/4 cup (70g) cinnamon-flavoured yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup (250ml) milk
1 Soak tea bag in the water in small heatproof jug 3 minutes; discard tea bag. Cool.
2 Blend tea with remaining ingredients until smooth.
We used gingernut biscuits. Use greek-style natural yogurt if you can't get cinnamon-flavoured yogurt.
